Pre-school
We believe that all children need to have opportunities to play in the woods. There are streams to splash in, mud to stomp through, sticks to make into dens or wands or swords…., tree trunks to balance on, hills to climb up and roll down, beautiful flowers to smell and endless mini-beasts to find.
Our Mini-Forestlings and Mini-Saplings Programmes are for children under the age of 5 to attend with their grown-ups and take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 10 am – 11.30 am. Booking is essential
Our Tree Babies Classes recognise the need for the ‘grown-ups’ to have time in the woodland environment too. These programmes run in two locations – the Step-Out Sites in Smeeth and the Abbey Physic Community Garden in Faversham.
